~~Puppy Contract~~
Prices for our Labradoodle and Goldendoodle puppies include:
- One full year Health Warranty
- Dewclaw removal at 2-5 days of age
- Up to date vaccinations and health check from a licensed veterinarian
- Up to date de- worming
- Vet records
- Microchip insertion and microchip registration form
- Familiar toy/blanket
- Collar
- 3+ day supply of current puppy food and current feeding schedule
- Registration with the Continental Kennel Club or American Canine Hybrid Club, when applicable, and after spay/neuter proof is received by breeder
The Breeder will provide a healthy and well-adjusted puppy which has been vet checked, up to date on vaccinations and de-wormings at time of delivery.
If Purchaser’s vet and a vet of the Breeder’s choice find a life threatening structural or genetic problem that cannot be remedied before puppy’s first birthday ___/____/_______, please have him/her write us a letter of explanation including all documentation and test results within 5 days of findings. Further testing at Purchaser’s expense may be required to prove the fault. The Breeder will gladly replace with a comparable puppy when a new puppy becomes available which may take up to 12 months, but only after all test results and documentation is received by the Breeder. If Purchaser would like to keep puppy, then all claims will be denied and warranty rescinded. Shipping/delivery costs cannot be refunded. The Purchaser is responsible for all expenses returning the dog to the breeder. The Breeder is not responsible for any vet expenses.
This Purchaser must:
- Take the new puppy to the vet for wellness checkup within 3 business days and forward this documentation to breeder within 7 days to validate warranty, absolutely no exceptions.
- NOT take puppy to public area(like Pet Store, Doggie Park, etc) until after puppy has completed veterinarian recommended series of vaccinations, usually around 4 months of age.
- Retain continuous ownership, responsibility, and possession of puppy for entire first year. Also provide Breeder with any change of address in the first year within 30 days of move.
- Keep puppy up to date and timely on all examinations, vaccinations, de-worming, wellness exams, flea/tick preventative, heartworm, and other healthcare and treatments as recommended by licensed veterinarian. All puppy’s health records/receipts must be provided as proof.
- Get puppy spayed or neutered before first heat or 8 months old. Puppy is sold as a pet only, no breeding rights. If puppy is allowed to breed or be bred, intentional or accidental, this warranty is null void. If puppy parents a litter, this warranty is null and void and the purchaser will immediately owe the breeder an additional $3,000.
- Supply daily exercise, play, and stimulation for puppy in addition to love and patience.
- Not allow vigorous/strenuous exercise or activities for first 12 months, including but not limited to, jumping, jogging, or any other activity that may harm their joints or well-being.
- Feed only top quality puppy food, such as Blue Buffalo, Wellness, Innova, Evo or one of similar quality for first full year.
- Never tether puppy at any time.
- Complete a puppy obedience class or provide similar training.
- Consider puppy as part of family.
- Keep Breeder apprised of situations that may cause a claim on the puppy warranty.
- Keep Breeder apprised of any issues, including but not limited to; health, training, personality, etc.
**This warranty does not cover accidents or issues that are not life threatening or issues than can be cured, such as worms, umbilical hernia, fungal infections, or any diseases your puppy has contracted from other animals after it has left our care.
Puppies cannot be shipped / delivered / picked up until at least 8 weeks of age, no exceptions! Contact me if you would like to meet at a set destination. Depending upon our schedule and distance we can travel to meet you with your new puppy. If shipping is necessary, we can ship. Shipping is not included in our prices. Please let me know if your puppy needs shipped and to which major airport and I will give you a cost, normally around $350 inclusive. Included in shipping fee is transportation to the airport, vet certified health certificate, airline approved crate, food, water, blanket, toy, and chewy. Be fully aware airline shipping is dependent upon weather conditions and airline restrictions for pets. When shipping puppy, I can hold puppy due to airline restrictions for up to 7 days after puppy is available to be delivered. After 7 days, a minimal daily boarding cost will be charged and must be paid before shipping puppy.
The purchaser agrees to contact the Breeder immediately if they can no longer look after the dog at ANY point during the dog's life. The Breeder does not want their dogs in animal shelters. If the Breeder can place the puppy/dog in another home, the Breeder and Purchaser will split any fee paid 50/50 minus Breeder’s expenses incurred in the placement.
We highly suggest you arrange spaying or neutering with your vet as soon as recommended. Puppies are sold strictly as pets. No guarantees in regards to size, color, coat, shedding, or temperament.
We love to hear from our doodle families as they grow and get pictures of them in their new homes enjoying life with their new families.

To reserve a Doodles and Doodles Labradoodle puppy, your non-refundable deposit of $300.00 dollars must accompany this form. Or you may pay using Paypal with sharonco@bellsouth.net and send the form separately. Balance due must be paid by 6 weeks of age. If puppy is 6 weeks of age or older, entire amount is due.
**If we cannot provide a Labradoodle or Goldendoodle puppy to you, your deposit will be refunded.
